C&M Holdings, LLP has purchased an 8,000 square foot office warehouse complex at 8110 Blaikie CT in Sarasota from Gulfwinds Development, Inc. for $960,000, $120.00 per square foot. Bill Kleiber and Jon Kleiber of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Partnership handled the transaction.
Professional Parkway Associates LLP has purchased a 26,000 square foot office warehouse building zoned PCD at 6851 Professional Parkway W., Lakewood Ranch, from FCCI Insurance Co. for $2.6 million, or $100.00 per square foot. Bill Kleiber of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Partnership represented the seller, while Ken Hoskinson, Jr. of Hembree and Associates represented the buyer.
