Already a RealtyRates.com Subsciber?

If you are already a RealtyRates.com subscriber you may renew your subscription when it expires at the reduced rates. To do so, follow the instructions for your particular case below:

If you subscribed via U.S. Post,...

...as soon as possible, and certainly before your subscription expires, send an e-mail to support@realtyrates.com telling us that you are an AI member and indicating which chapter. When we send you your pending expiration notice, we will attach the appropriate subscrption renewal form.

Alternatively, you may renew your subscription online or via U.S. Post by navigating to the RealtyRates.com link on your chapter's Web site.

If you subscribed via PayPal,...

...the auto-renewal feature must be disabled by cancelling your current subscription. Since all subscriptions are pre-paid for one year, this will not affect your access until your subscription actually expires.

To cancel your subscription, log on to your PayPal account and search Account Activity for your original subscription. Click on the Details link and you will be taken to a page where you will find a cancellation button. You may also send an e-mail to support@realtyrates.com and we will cancel your subscription for you.

When we receive notice that your subscription has been cancelled, we will move your account to that group which receives pending expiration notices and you may then create a new subscription online or via U.S. Post by navigating to the RealtyRates.com link on your chapter's Web site.
